You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use this service.
By logging in via Google, you authorize us to access your basic profile data. If you grant additional permissions, such as access to your Google Contacts, you explicitly consent to such use as described in our Privacy Policy.
We serve as an intermediary (Direct Selling Agent) to assist users in connecting with banks and NBFCs. We do not approve loans; all decisions are made by respective financial institutions.
Loan approval, disbursal, and terms are subject to lender discretion. We do not guarantee loan eligibility or approval.
All information you submit remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use it solely for fulfilling your requests, improving service, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information. Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
